We are a small family owned and operated sugarhouse that is proud to continue the ancient tradition of providing pure and high quality maple syrup, maple candy, maple cream, and maple sugar in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
We began sugaring in 2000 with 140 taps, and currently have over 4100 taps with a tubing and vacuum system. All of these taps are located in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire (otherwise known as the Great North Woods region).
We have modernized our evaporation system (with a reverse osmosis) and sap collection system to be more efficient but still are small enough to have maintained some old fashion traditions. We boil our sap on an oil fired evaporator in a newly constructed 23 x 20 ft. sugarhouse.
