Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at LostNationMaple.com. 

Almost all orders are processed within 0-5 business days. If we are running low on a product, it may take a bit longer. Orders are shipped 5 days a week. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping rates based on the destination zip code and requested speed.

Shipment to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses:   Lostnationmaple.com ships to addresses within the US, US Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation & order tracking:   You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active when USPS updates it.

Customs, duties and taxes:   Lostnationmaple.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:  Packages may become damaged in transit, please inspect your packages as soon as they arrive. We can file a claim if the package and contents were broken or damaged. Please send information and pictures to: LostNationMaple@gmail.com to start a claim.  For all other inquiries please contact us for more information on how to proceed.

Lost packages:  Please contact USPS directly regarding lost or missing packages. If a tracking number shows the package has been delivered to the final destination, your package is not eligible for an insurance claim.

Returned packages:  If a package is returned to sender by USPS for invalid address or returned because it is denied by the current person living at the address supplied, we will refund the order amount minus the cost of shipping the item.

International shipping policy:  We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns policy: Because we sell perishable, edible products, we cannot accept any returns. However, we believe in our product and we want you to be happy!
